Terms and Conditions of the Maturing Online Store

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations of the Seller and customers purchasing goods through the online store at www.maturing.cz.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the purchase agreement concluded between the Seller and the customer.

1.4. A customer may be a consumer purchasing goods outside the scope of their business activities, or a business or organisation, such as a school. Provisions applying exclusively to consumers do not apply to purchases made in the course of business or similar professional activities.

2. Product Information and Prices

2.1. The online store offers Maturing educational card games, primarily designed to help students practise English.

2.2. Product descriptions, contents and current prices are available on the online store's website.

2.3. All prices are displayed in Czech koruna (CZK). The Seller is not registered for VAT.

2.4. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout, before the customer places a binding order. For orders placed through the international order form, shipping costs are confirmed individually before the customer accepts the order.

3. Orders and Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement

3.1. Customers can place orders through the online store by selecting products, adding them to the shopping cart and providing the required contact and delivery information. International customers may also submit an order request using the online order form.

3.2. Before placing an order through the online store, customers can review and amend the information provided, the selected delivery and payment methods, and the total price. For orders submitted through the international order form, the Seller will confirm the total price, including shipping, by email before the customer accepts the order.

3.3. Orders placed through the online store are submitted by clicking an order button that clearly indicates the obligation to pay. Submitting the international order form constitutes a request for an order quotation, not an obligation to pay.

3.4. By placing an order through the online store, the customer makes a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement. For orders submitted through the international order form, the customer makes a binding offer only after receiving the complete order details and expressly confirming their acceptance.

3.5. The purchase agreement is concluded when the Seller accepts the customer's binding order and confirms its acceptance by email. An automatic acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order if this is stated in the acknowledgement.

3.6. The Seller may contact the customer if additional information is required or if an ordered product is unavailable.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Customers can pay using the following methods, depending on the ordering process and available options:

Online payment by card through the secure Stripe payment gateway.
Bank transfer using the payment details provided after completing the order.
QR code payment, where available.

4.2. The total order price includes the price of the products and any applicable shipping costs.

4.3. Unless otherwise agreed individually, products will be dispatched or made available for collection once payment has been received.

4.4. Schools and other organisations may request an invoice with individually agreed payment terms by contacting maturingcz@gmail.com. This payment option is subject to the Seller's approval and is not automatically available.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Products can be delivered using the shipping services offered in the online store or individually agreed for orders submitted through the international order form.

5.2. Within the Czech Republic, delivery options include Zásilkovna collection points or Z-BOX lockers, as well as home delivery, where these options are available during checkout.
