All It Takes Is One Card
Just pick a card and get students talking – naturally, playfully and with no lengthy preparation needed.
How to Play
Maturing can be played in pairs with no preparation needed, or as a board game using the die and game board.
Each card includes both a question and an answer, so students can quiz each other and check their answers straight away. When playing with the board, students roll the die, move around the board and pick a card from one of four categories, depending on the symbol they land on: Facts, Fun Facts, Speaking or Vocabulary.
For even more fun, you can add the bonus Spill or Act cards. These get students moving, create a relaxed atmosphere and encourage spontaneous communication in English.
